More good news about my cousin. It seems, now that they’ve removed the respirator and reduced the sedatives, that she is trying to communicate. On the one hand it’s good cause it means the damage to her brain is minimal. On the other hand it’s upsetting because she obviously remembers everything that’s happened. I’m just glad that at this point it looks like she’s gonna come out of this.
